Pre-Kindy School Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 will be charged when your child’s form is handed in. This fee will cover the cost of your child’s position held at Al-Bayan. This registration fee is not covered by other agencies and is due directly from the parent.

1. Standard tuition fees must be paid for the entire current term in advance, or you risk your child’s enrolment. This payment can be split into 2 payments to be paid at the beginning and middle of current term. Please see information pack for details on payment options.
2. If your child misses any session this cannot be made up and balance is non-refundable.
3. If you wish to withdraw your child from Al-Bayan Institute Pre Kindy School, we must receive written notice prior to commencement of new term. If you choose to withdraw your child from a current term, then the balance for the terms fees must be paid in full and is non-refundable.
4. Al-Bayan Institute may refuse admission to students who have outstanding fees.
5. By enrolling in Al-Bayan Institute, students/parents/guardians agree to commit to ongoing tuition as per current term dates. Students place is reserved for them in their allocated session time.
6. Students are to arrive no earlier than 9am. Before and aftercare options is available if your child needs to be dropped off earlier than 9am or picked up after 2.00pm. If you require this option, please contact the office for further information.  Your child must be collected at the end of session time. We understand that this is not always possible so notification must be given to Al-Bayan Institute staff ASAP when this condition cannot be met.
7. If a student will be absent due to ongoing illness or other reasons notification must be given to the office prior to session starting time.
8. Al-Bayan Institute reserves the right to expel a student for bad behaviour.
9. Students/parents/guardians agree to inform Al-Bayan Institute management promptly of any changes to contact details.
10. Session times and fees are subject to change. We will make every effort to advise students/parents/guardians should this occur.
11. All materials & resources bearing the logo of Al-Bayan Institute are the sole property of Al-Bayan Institute.
12. Under no circumstances are materials or resources given to students be sold, reproduced or repeated in any form without prior written consent.
13.   A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
